Dawn Wallace Cook, CCE, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM). Cook is treasurer for Newton Manufacturing Company in Royal Oak, MI , which designs, builds, and services the full spectrum of components for the hydraulic/fluid power industry.
