The company is offering a gas-fired boiler option package for its Dry-O-Tron® dehumidifier series, that is designed to provide both space heating and/or pool water heating for natatoriums. The package is certified for outdoor operation in –40°F, and is designed for rooftop placement. Available in capacities of 112,000 Btuh to 1.4 MMBtuh, the boilers heat a glycol-water circuit that’s circulated through a heat exchanger for pool water heating and/or a coil for space heating. It is controlled by an onboard Dotics 9 microprocessor, and features a 5:1 modulation rate which allows it to throttle down to 20% of its capacity, according to the manufacturer.
