Andover Controls: building automation system
February 27, 2001
The Continuum™ building automation system (bas) features modular I/O, a CPU with flash-memory, and Windows NT front-end workstation. The system is designed to provide a single integrated bas for controlling and monitoring a building’s heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting, access, smoke control, and manufacturing processes. Continuum can also communicate up to 4 million nodes over an Ethernet LAN or WAN and uses a single open ODBC-compliant SQL database.
