The Pinnacle is billed as the first in the company’s new generation of ventilation systems. According to the company, a 10,000-cfm unit can provide as much as 50 tons of latent capacity (68 tons of total capacity) with only an input of 32 tons of refrigeration. A key feature is a new passive dehumidification wheel, which is designed to need no high-temperature regeneration source. This, the manufacturer says, allows it to provide very dry outdoor air in an extremely efficient manner.
