The company says its new microprocessor-controlled Electronic Bypass, which will be showcased at next month’s AHR Expo, provides the first breakthrough in drive bypass technology and creates an innovative new standard. Coupled with the company’s ACH 400 adjustable-speed ac drive, it says its Electronic Bypass offers a narrow profile that requires minimal panel space. The bypass features a voltage tolerance of ± 30%, without contactor dropout or coil failure; single-phase protection in bypass mode; and selectable manual or automatic transfer from drive to bypass.
