In response to significant growth in recent years that has increased the size of its risk management operations,Lennox International Inc.(Dallas) has formedLake Park Insurance Ltd., a captive insurance company. Lake Park Insurance will reinsure the risks of Lennox International and provide a cost-effective alternative to purchasing insurance from the conventional market.

Harry Ashenhurst has been appointed president, Lake Park Insurance. He will also continue to serve as chief administrative officer, Lennox International.

Ashenhurst announced the promotion of John Garzonie to vice president, risk management and insurance, Lennox International and vice president, Lake Park Insurance. Garzonie was formerly director, risk management for Lennox International.
