General Eastern Instruments: differential pressure controller

The company says its Model DA low differential pressure alarm controller can be instrumental in complying with the new SEMI S6 – Safety Guide for Ventilation, recently established by the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI). The Model DA is a low differential pressure controller that combines in one enclosure a low-pressure transducer, a digital display, and up to two alarms, it says. According to the manufacturer, the controller has an accuracy reading of ± 1.0%, setpoint accuracy of ± 2%, and measurement range of 0.1 to 5.0 in. of water.
