Edward W. Dooleyhas retired as vice president of communications and education atARIfollowing 12 years with the trade association representing manufacturers of more than 90% of North American produced central air conditioning and commercial refrigeration equipment. In his role as spokesperson for ARI, Dooley was frequently quoted in trade journals and the consumer media. He authored a number of articles on the HVACR industry and published annual reports on the phase out of CFC refrigerant chillers used for comfort cooling in buildings.
