Instructors from across America will attend the Air-Conditioning and
Refrigeration Institute (ARI) workshop in Arlington, VA on hvacr. Training is set for Mar. 14-15, 2002. "The Hvacr Instructor Workshop is an excellent way for instructors in our industry to ensure that the most current information is being taught to students who subsequently become employees," said Scott Boxer, chairman of ARI's Education and Training Committee.
Last year's workshop attracted more than 140 instructors from secondary and post- secondary programs in 32 states. "We found that the program of educational information, personal networking and updates on industry information received high marks from the attendees," said Leslie Sandler, ARI director of Education and Training.
This year's program will follow a similar format with experts discussing various industry activities.
