The American Council of Engineering Companies(Washington) featured a patriotic tribute to those ACEC members who suffered fatailities on Sept. and those who participated in the relief, recovery and infrastructure security effortd at Ground Zero, the Pentagon, and throughout the United States at this year’s Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) Gala. The gala was held March 12.
