The Building Commissioning Association (BCA) unveiled its commissioning certification program on April 12 and is scheduled to hold a formal roll-out of the process in conjunction with the National Conference on Building Commissioning (NCBC) in Atlanta in May, according to Bryan Welsh, chairman of the BCA Certification Committee.
