GE Fanuc Automation(Charlottesville, VA) has further enhanced its line of VersaMax® PLCs and I/O with the introduction of a new Ethernet Network Interface Unit (NIU). The new VersaMax Ethernet NIU features embedded Ethernet connectivity without the need for a serial connection from a PC or a handheld device, and up to 2K of I/O per unit.
