The Stellar Group(Jacksonville, FL) has recently completed construction of a central cooling plant for Bayer’s Baytown chemical production facility. The 14,000-sq-ft plant was built to cool and serve as a central refrigeration system for processing areas that manufacture Toluene Diisocyanate.
