CTG Energetics, Inc. , an Irvine, CA-based sustainability consultant, The recently installed a 24-kW solar energy hot water heating system in a foster care facility in the Russian Far Eastern port city of Vladivostok. The effort is part of a larger plan to promote alternative energy use throughout that part of Russia.
