The Stellar Grouphas started construction on a new 85,000 sq-ft dry distribution center for United States Cold Storage (USCS). Stellar is providing complete design build services including site planning, master planning, architecture, engineering and construction. USCS placed its new dry distribution center in Tulare, CA because of its centralized location, which is accessible to service major marketing areas on the west coast. USCS is a leading nationwide provider of supply chain solutions with over 30 full service refrigerated warehouse and distribution centers located strategically across the USA. This is the second facility constructed by Stellar for USCS in Tulare.
