Rumsey Engineersannounced that the American Institute of Architects (AIA) San Francisco chapter has selected the Global Ecology Research Center for its 2005 Excellence in Sustainability Award. Rumsey was the lead consultant for the mechanical and plumbing engineering for the project, which was completed last year. This is the third award garnered by this innovative laboratory building.
