The Stellar Group(Jacksonville, FL) has made some personnel changes. Mike Solms has been promoted to vice president of business development for the Power & Utilities Division; Angelo E. Equizabalhas been promoted to vice president of international business development; Ken Purcellhas been promoted to vice president for the distribution division; Jason Duffhas joined the company as a design project manager; and Nathaniel McCray, AIA, MONA, has joined the company as design project manager.
