Consolidated Engineering Services(Arlington, VA) and Commonwealth Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. (Boston) have combined operations. CommAir will retain its name, and together with affiliates New England Mechanical Services, Inc. and Betlem Service Corporation, will operate as Consolidated’s Northeast Division.
