Do I have to buy a magazine subscription to view the content on the app?
No, the app is completely FREE. We do ask that you register on the website in order to view the complete content of the app. Register here.
I forgot my password.
Within the app login screen, tap the forgot password link. Enter your email address and tap “submit”. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. Or, click here.
How do I change my password?
To change your password you will need to visit the website. Or click here.
How do I sign out?
Currently, there is not a way to sign out. If you need to sign out, quit the app, go into your device’s settings and clear the cache for the app. When you reopen you will be prompted to login in the same way when you originally installed the app.
Can I use the app without an Internet connection?
If you have been on the app before with an Internet connection, much of the content of the app will be available.
Can I use the app on other devices?
The app is available on iOS devices and Android devices. If either of these are not available, please visit our mobile website at http://mobile.esmagazine.com. This can be saved on your device as an HTML5 app.
Does the app have interactive content?
The app does feature content such as image galleries, podcasts, and videos.
I'm getting a blank screen when I open the app.
First, try restarting the app. If that doesn't work, then the app may have installed incorrectly. Delete the app, restart your device and then reinstall the app from the store.
