Madison, Wisconsin August 2, 2016– The National Air Filtration Association will hold its 2016 Annual Convention Sept. 14 – 16 at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach, California.
The annual event brings together more than 125 air filtration industry professionals and guests to learn about the latest issues affecting the industry.
Highlights of the 2016 convention include three days of technical and business sessions, a welcome reception sponsored by over 18 NAFA Associate members, and multiple opportunities to network with industry professionals. Keynote speaker and New York Times bestselling author Sam Gwynne will kick off the Annual Convention with his presentation, Stonewall Jackson: The First Great Hero of the Civil War. "Jackson is one of the greatest military heroes of all time and his strategic innovations shattered the conventional wisdom of how war was waged; he was so far ahead of his time that his techniques would be studied generations into the future."

Members also will elect officers and recognize several award winners during the event. A brief tutorial will preface the Certified Air Filter Specialist (CAFS) exam, offering the opportunity for air filtration professionals to earn NAFA certification.
