Dear Friends,

It’s that time of year again, when we ask you for your help in making the big annual AHR Expo show article! As usual, in addition to the value you receive with advertisements in the magazine every month, this special editorial offers you a chance to get some extra quality exposure for your products, at no cost, in our biggest issue of the year.

You are invited to be in this editorial if the product you have in mind was released after last year’s show in New York, and if you are exhibiting in Chicago. If one or more of your product offerings fits this bill, you’re eligible and encouraged to send us material.

To participate, send us a press release about the product(s), and any associated artwork. All submissions must be e-mailed and received by MONDAY, DECEMBER 8.

- Companies with names starting A-M: send to me atbeverlyr@bnpmedia.com.
- Companies with names starting N-Z: send to managing editor Caroline Fritz atfritzc@bnpmedia.com.
- Please writeSPECIAL EXPO ARTICLEas your subject line.
- Art can be a .jpeg, .tif, or .eps image.
- ARTWORK FILES SHOULD BE LESS THAN 1 MB, since room for art will be limited and huge attachments will only increase the odds of mailing/receiving problems.
- Please submit art as its own attached file (not embedded in a text file).
- Submit text as a separate attachment as a Word or text file.
- Please start your text and art file names with the name of the manufacturer.

Again this year, participating companies who also advertise in the January issue will have their names printed in color when mentioned in this special article.

We will use these submissions as a basis for a January feature that will serve as a convenient reference, not only for subscribers and additional visitors wandering the show floor but also for the majority of our 57,210 professionals* who cannot attend but want to stay up to date on the latest products. It’s a once-a-year opportunity to reach this extended and especially valuable audience, so please let us hear from you by December 8!
