The team here atESis excited to join forces with the American Boiler Manufacturers Association (ABMA) on its new magazine,Today's Boiler ... Trends, Technology & Innovations. Look for the premiere of this twice-yearly effort to go out alongside our April 2009 issue.

We'll be teaming our editorial staff with ABMA's member companies, collaborating with our company's custom media division and fantastic art department to produce an up-to-the-minute, great-looking publication for you. And now, let me hand it over to the press release for further explanation.

“As its name implies, this new ABMA magazine and our partnership with Engineered Systems will take the visibility of ABMA and its membership to a new and exciting level,” said Randy Rawson, ABMA President & CEO, on announcing the magazine’s Unveiling.  “Today’s Boilerwill highlight trends in both boiler markets and design, stress not only new technologies but new applications of old technologies, and will shine a bright and inquisitive light on efficiency and environmental innovations routinely emanating from the commercial, industrial, institutional and power-generating boiler and combustion equipment industry that ABMA represents,” Rawson went on to say.

Today’s Boilerreplaces ABMA’s previous magazine,Boiler Systems Engineering, with a fresh, new outlook and approach-looking more toward the future, more toward possibilities, and more toward how industry and the customer can work together to achieve common goals using state-of-the-art technology.

Rawson pointed out thatToday’s Boiler … Trends, Technology & Innovationswill also feature the association itself, showing how ABMA acts as a catalyst to prepare its membership for ongoing change and how its members work together and with their customers to exploit industry expertise and experience to manage and benefit from change.”

Engineered Systemsis honored to have been chosen by ABMA as a partner to produce and publish its magazine,” said Peter Moran, publisher ofEngineered Systems Magazine.  “We understand and support the mission of ABMA. Engineered Systemshas covered boiler technology, safety, and operation with an emphasis on practical and accessible articles for more than 15 years, and we feel this brings great strength to our new partnership.”

Today’s Boilerwill be launched in April 2009.  BNP Custom Media will also produce ABMA’s digital magazine, as well as its bimonthly e-newsletters.
