The company says its R800 family of electric heat controls is designed to offer accurate temperature control of electric resistive elements used in duct heaters, humidifiers, and boilers. These products are all microcomputer-based with PI control. The R810 solid-state relays (power switch) and R820 SCR power controllers both feature a high-efficiency heat sink, says the company. In addition, the R820 has an integrated thermal protection for extra safety and can accept all the standard industry control signals. They are available in voltage ranges of 240 to 600 vac, 10 to 75 A, and one- to three-phase (two leg).
