The company’s new occupancy sensor incorporates both passive infrared and ultrasonic technologies to perform the ultimate task of sensing. With coverage up to 1,500 sq ft, the two technologies are designed to complement each other to eliminate blind spots, as well as reducing false ON/OFFs due to temperature changes, warm air currents, or stray noises. Other features include control of fluorescent and incandescent lighting systems and hvac equipment, and the ability to adjust individual settings.
