The winners and their catergories were:Katella Corporate Center, Los Alamitos, CA, under 100,000 sq ft;Intercontinental Center, Houston, 100,000 to 249,999 sq ft; 500 Orange Tower, Orange, CA, 250,000 to 249,999 sq ft; Qwest Tower, Denver, 500,000 to 1 million sq ft; Bank of America Plaza, Atlanta, over 1 million sq ft; Louisiana Place, Houston, renovated building category; City of Miami Beach Historic City Hall Building, Miami Beach, FL, Gene Snyder U.S. Courthouse and Customhouse, Louisville, KY, both winning the historical building category; Bertelsmann Building at 1540 Broadway, New York, corporate facility category; Eastside Physicians Center, Snellville, GA, medical office building category; Robert J. Dole United States Courthouse, Kansas City, KS, government building category; and Beacon Centre, Miami, suburban office park category.
