Steve Tredinnick, P.E.,was named vice president and chief engineer in the Energy Services Division of Syska Hennessy Group, and will be based in the firm’s Princeton, NJ, office.

Tredinnick brings over 24 years of experience as a project and technical engineering manager to Syska Hennessy Group, with the last 14 years focusing on large campus
utility systems and master planning.  He has been heavily involved in planning and designing large-scale district cooling plants, thermal distribution systems, underground utilities, central utilities and chilled water plants for higher education, medical science, industrial, healthcare and pharma/biotech clients.  In his new position, he will also work closely with Syska Hennessy Group’s national critical facilities and construction market focus teams.

A licensed engineer in New Jersey, Minnesota and Texas, Mr. Tredinnick obtained his BS degree in architectural engineering from Pennsylvania State University.  His professional affiliations include ASHRAE, where he previously served as president of the Minnesota Chapter and currently chairs several technical committees, and the International District Energy Association (IDEA), where he has recently been nominated to serve on the board of directors.  He is a lecturer, frequent facilitator at industry events, and has authored articles on energy related topics.
