RDK Engineers  announced that Matt Stelmach, P.E. and Scott Henriques, P.E., have joined the company’s growing team of senior engineering project managers.

Stelmach is a registered professional electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in design of systems for mission critical, healthcare, educational, and electronics facilities, as well as for diverse other project types. He brings not only extensive technical know-how to his new position as a senior project manager at RDK, but also exceptional leadership skills from prior engineering and business management positions at other A/E and design/build firms.

Henriques, who also joins us as a senior project manager, is a registered professional mechanical engineer with over 15 years of design and management experience. His technical expertise is enhanced by the broader perspective to projects he has gained from his previous experience at a major utility and an HVAC equipment manufacturer, as well as a with a leading building systems engineering firm.

“We are pleased that our reputation in the professional engineering community as a terrific firm to work for continues to grow at the same strong pace as the growth of our company,” says RDK principal Chris Cummings.  “Because we’ve been able to consistently attract top engineers and project managers like Matt and Scott to our firm, we have maintained our ability to provide clients with the same high level of technical quality, personal attention, and service that we became recognized for when we were a much smaller company, while now also being able to deliver all the resources and benefits of a larger firm.”
