The IAPMO Standards Council announced that J. Richard Wagner P.E., CIPE, has stepped into the role of council chair. Wagner is with The Poole & Kent Corporation in Baltimore. Three new council members were also added: Jim Crawford, the fire marshal for the city of Vancouver, WA; Phil Ribbs who served over three decades with the city of San Jose, CA; and Terry Swisher is the chief plumbing official for the State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services: a position he has held for over 17 years.
