Earlier this year,Fireye, Inc. (Derry, NH) a Kidde plc company, announced the acquisition of five control product families fromEclipse Combustion, Inc. of Rockford, IL. Fireye has purchased the designs of these products and the right to manufacture and distribute them. They include flame safeguard products, flame scanners and an actuator line.
