The company says its newest two-step Modulated Scroll™ compressor is easier to apply than other modulated systems. The two-step patented design modulates by varying the flow of gas while maintaining a constant motor speed, and allows continuous operation between capacities without a shutdown sequence, says the manufacturer. It says its vapor-injection scroll technology provides higher capacity at heat pump conditions and also offers ease of applications.
