The 401 and 411 Series of noncontact, hand-held infrared thermometers are the new generation thermometers from the company's original 400 and 410 Series. Both of these new units come with laser sighting to help accelerate daily temperature auditing and maintenance processes, says the company. The 401 offers laser sighting in a single-point beam, while the 4121 features an eight-point circular sight for accurate measurements. The temperature range on the 401 is -25°F to 750°F and the 411's range is -25° to 950°.
