The company's router line has been updated to include options for connecting to LNS-based applications, such as the Echelon LNS DDE Server and LonMark for Windows integration tool. The Router-LE remote access interface offers cost-effective, reliable access to LonWorks control networks from a central workstation with an Ethernet connection, says the company. Computers that currently access the control system using a direct connection can instead gain remote access over Ethernet by using the Router-LE, it says.
