The CC 6000 air compressor sequencer computer from Century Controls, Inc. (Eagan, MN) is engineered to control excessive cycling and prevent uncoordinated multiple compressor loading by using load reference and header pressure calculations via "fuzzy logic." During evenings and weekends, a built-in timetable automatically lowers the pressure or shuts down the system, then at a preselected time, the system paces back with minimum compressors, ready for a new shift with its load demand.
