DAP Products Inc. has expanded its product offerings with HVAC Silicone and High Temp Silicone. The new HVAC Silicone is for sealing around air conditioners, dampers, ductwork, furnaces, and vents. Its formula provides a weather resistance seal and a service temperature range of minus -40ºF to 475ºF. DAP High Temp Silicone is a high-performance sealant designed for extreme temperature applications up to 550ºF, including sealing around industrial ovens, flue piping, boilers, heating elements, and flanged pipe joints. DAP High Temp Silicone is 100% waterproof. Both DAP HVAC Silicone and High Temp Silicone sealants meet ASTM C920.
