Green Link has introduced height extensions for its KnuckleHead Support System product line for supporting HVAC equipment, ductwork, pipes, and conduit. The extensions consist of Schedule 40 PVC pipe which slips into the KnuckleHead universal base and into the head unit. The extensions are available in standard lengths of 6 in, 12 in, and 18 in, but custom lengths are also available. All KnuckleHead designs including Lite Pipe, Heavy Pipe, Strut, and Paver supports are height adjustable in an approximately 1-in range by rotating the head. The PVC extensions increase the height to meet special codes or climates that present challenging conditions such as heavy snow accumulation patterns.
