Larson Electronics has released the 15 KVA power distribution panel system that converts three-phase 480 volts AC to single-phase 120 volts AC. The MGS-15KVA-120X8O-2X208Y power distribution system is designed to provide a safe and effective way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. This unit is designed to operate with 480 VAC which then steps down to 120 VAC single phase and 208Y three phase.

This transformer makes 120 volts available via eight GFCI protected receptacles and 208Y available via two 208Y outlets. The transformer is mounted to a 1/8-in thick diamond plate and the distribution assembly is mounted onto a 2-in square steel frame with rectangular carbon steel skid pockets and a top mounted eyelet to allow easy transport. This unit incorporates NEMA 3R panels and is ideal for use in applications such as plant maintenance and hazardous location operations.
