Harsco Corp. announced a planned market introduction of its all-new NURO™ touchpad control platform for its Patterson-Kelley boiler product line. Developed exclusively by Harsco, the proprietary NURO™ is the latest in the company’s Patterson-Kelley line of customer-focused boiler product innovations, including the introduction last year of its energy-efficient SONIC™ stainless steel boiler and its MACH N’ROLL™ domestic hot water heating system.

The NURO™’s mini-computer design covers all aspects of a boiler’s operations, providing facility managers with simple touchpad controls for enhanced diagnostic efficiency, customizable adjustments, and simple software upgrades via USB, all with the familiar interface of the latest smart phones. The NURO™ will be rolled out on the P-K SONIC™ boiler platforms in October. Integration of the controller onto other P-K boiler platforms will quickly follow.
