Emerson Climate Technologies released its new 9hp and 10hp Copeland Scroll™ compressors for commercial air conditioning. The compressors feature an 11.3 EER while featuring a 20% reduction in weight over earlier Copeland models. The company also says the compressors are 2% to 5% more efficient than competing scroll compressors. They are available with optional sight glass, rotalocks, molded plug, and oil fitting.
