Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) has released IES TaP for LEED 2009. The newest addition to IES’ offering is a cost effective, easy to use online tracker for managing the evidence documentation gathering process for LEED certification. IES TaP for LEED allows users to streamline, manage and inform those involved in the certification process, thus saving time and reducing costs to Project Administrators and their clients and allowing them to take on more projects.

IES TaP has two way communication with LEED Online. Users can review the project status at a glance, populate all LEED online forms and upload relevant documentation with ease ready for final submission. Projects are set up with a fully organized credit system, which means that the evidence documents are ensured to be stored under the relevant credit. IES will be showcasing this newest offering in San Francisco, Calif. at Greenbuild 2012 in booth 1732S.

Using IES TaP allows project team members to be assigned responsibility for providing evidence documentation and also features document upload deadline functionality. Users can easily track individual tasks and progress in real time, with any device that has an internet connection. Automatic email notifications will keep everyone on the team updated on a project’s status.

“This new collective approach to certification will provide Project Team Administrators with up to the minute information,” said Don McLean, founder and CEO of IES. “IES TaP’s user friendly and intuitive design will make managing environmental assessment projects and LEED certification as easy as possible”

GreenBuild 2012 starts November 14 in San Francisco, Calif. For live updates from the showroom floor, follow @IESVE on Twitter.
