Testo has released a new refrigerant leak detector, model 316-3.This hand-held detector delivers optimal sensitivity to all refrigerants. up to 0.15 oz/year, yet is resistant to contaminants such as dust, dirt and oil. The product features a heated diode sensor, easy one button operation, LEDs which illuminate progressively to show leak size and an audible alarm. The high/low sensitivity adjustment features allows you to decrease sensitivity to pinpoint leak sources. The 316-3 also features an automatic background adjustment, or zeroing, to compensate for refrigerant build-up.

Testo, Inc. develops and manufactures handheld test and measurement instrumentation for HVACR including combustion analyzers, thermal imagers, meters for IAQ, temperature, humidity, and CO testing. Each meter is backed by two year warranties and full customer service support and calibration assistance.
