Hydrotherm announced the introduction of their new size offerings to their successful line of KN-Series of condensing cast-iron boilers. The KN-16 and KN-26 are being added to provide a full complement of size offerings across all BTU ranges.  Originally introduced in 2002, the KN-Series was the first and is still the only true condensing cast-iron boiler on the market today. Today, it is the flagship boiler of the Hydrotherm franchise.

Cutting edge product technology has made Hydrotherm the leader in American made high quality boiler products.  KN-Series boilers combine ultra-high efficiencies (up to 99%) with the superior durability of cast iron, all controlled through their proprietary integrated HeatNet control platform.  Located in Boyertown, PA Hydrotherm is one of the only American boiler manufacturers who not only pour their own cast-iron sections but they also machine, assemble and fire-test all KN-Series boilers in one single location.  KN-Series boilers are manufactured using over 80% recycled material and are LEED certified and operate with very low NOx and CO2 emissions.

“The addition of the KN-16, a 1.6 million BTU boiler and the KN-26, a 2.6 million BTU boiler fill in the final pieces of the puzzle for the KN-Series boiler.  There are no longer any ranges where we cannot provide a customer the perfect solution to their hydronic heating needs,” said Doug Bolasevich, director of sales for Hydrotherm.  “We take a tremendous amount of pride in our ability to not only develop but also manufacture the KN-Series boiler all under one roof.  It enables us to provide unprecedented levels of service unmatched by our competition” added Bolasevich.

Along with the new product additions, Hydrothem also revealed the creation of the new KN-Series logo which will be used across the entire product line along with a new sales brochure that highlights products as well as some of the high profile jobs where KN-Series boilers can be found.
