New Titus displacement ventilation software is designed to maximize energy efficiency and comfort.

Titus HVAC has released its displacement ventilation software. The best-in-class selection software helps design engineers to easily size and select diffusers for maximum comfort and efficiency when designing displacement ventilation systems.

“As the popularity of displacement ventilation grows, so does the Titus line and the need for selection software,” said James Gray, product manager at Titus HVAC. “We’ve made the software as ultra-efficient for engineers as possible. It features an intuitive design with a single screen interface for ease of use and real-time calculations to speed up the design process.”

Gray went on to add that the selection software includes the latest Titus displacement diffuser sizes and models, and will eventually include the company’s innovative solar Plexicon diffuser that heats, as well as cools. The solar Plexicon utilizes a wireless, energy harvesting process to power the unit, so it requires no external power for operation. The Plexicon will be available in a line powered or solar powered option.
