ISH China & CIHE, the China International Trade Fair for Sanitation, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning, has announced a change in date for its 2012 show,  which will now be held at Beijing’s New China International Exhibition Center from April 4-6, 2012.

Previously the show, organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and B&D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd and supported by international and domestic industry associations, was scheduled to open from April 2-4, 2012.

Explaining the change of show date, Richard Li, deputy general manager of Messe Frankfurt in China said, “The Chinese government has just decreed that the national Tomb Sweeping public holiday will be extended into our original show date. To accommodate these new and additional public holidays, we have changed our show dates. With this change, the new date will be more convenient for exhibitors and visitors, and we will ensure that our various services, publicity, and promotion work will support both exhibitor and visitor objectives.”

Li added that more than 700 exhibitors have already signed up for ISH China & CIHE, with 40% percent of exhibitors having bigger booths at the 2012 show, compared with the 2011 show.  “As a result, 90% of the total 70,000-square-meter exhibition area has already been sold,” Li said. “Our 2012 exhibitors include leading industry names such as A.O. Smith, BDR Therma, Bosch, Devotion, Grohe, Huida, Immergas, Joyou, Kohler, Marley & Weil-McLain, Micoe, Riello Group, TECE, Vaillant, Vanward, and Zehnder.”

BDR Therma, a heating and hot water system manufacturer and distributor, operates in 70 countries, including China.  Xie Xintian, commercial general manager for BDR Thermea China said, “BDR Thermea is one of Europe’s three leading heating groups owning some famous brands as BAXI, CHAPPEE, and De-Dietrich. We are now investing more into the Chinese market to bring more energy-efficient, heating products to our Chinese clients, as well as offering a better professional service team. American brands Marley and Weil-McLain will be exhibiting again at the show.
