Boilers: Fulton China

Fulton has entered the global watertube boiler market.Fulton

Spearheaded by Fulton’s newest subsidiary, Shanghai Fulton Engineering Company, Fulton can now supply water tube boilers up to 100 ton/hr of steam (6,000 bhp). The Fulton water tube boilers feature state-of-the-art membrane wall welding technology. 

“This is a major growth opportunity,” said Bram Palm, CEO for the Fulton Companies. "We are extremely proud of this development and how it fits with Fulton's future."

Fulton’s entry into the water tube market not only broadens customer options, it provides customers with access to reliable water tube boilers backed by years of experience, strong applications engineering, and reliable aftermarket support.

Applications for the watertube boiler include large multi-national food processing companies, chemical companies, and power generation plants, as examples. The capabilities of industrial water tube boilers are also used in the waste heat recovery market for power plants and large factories.

Fulton China has approvals for boilers to meet the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), China A Class, or American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) (United States) for code acceptance. Fulton provides experience with multiple fuels for watertube boilers including natural gas, oil, coal, and biomass.

Watertube boiler units to South America (biomass), New Zealand, Indonesia, Vietnam have already shipped and been erected. Customer inquiries are increasing daily.
