New Web request for maintenance work available in MicroMain Software
MicroMain Corporation announced the release of version 7.1 of its MicroMain™ Web Request tool, which enables employees, tenants, students, clients, and others to submit maintenance work requests to a central help desk or directly to the maintenance department.
Requesters can also check on the status of their work requests at their convenience - at any time and from any location - using a web browser from their desktop or a web-enabled handheld device such as a smart phone or Pocket PC. New features and options in MicroMain Web Request v7.1 are aimed at both software administrators and those requesting work services. Email notifications, for example, have been expanded to include multiple addresses; these can be automatically generated for appropriate persons depending on the asset or property noted in the work request.
