Randolph O. Bard,age 92 of Bryan, OH, passed away last month at his residence. A lifelong resident of Bryan, Bard was past chairman ofBard Manufacturing Company. He was recently inducted into the Modular Building Institute Hall of Fame for his lifetime contribution to the modular industry.
