AP Armaflex W is an elastomeric insulation rated at 25/50 designed for refrigeration and air conditioning piping. It is supplied as unslit tubing in 1⁄2 in., 3⁄4 in., and 1 in. wall thicknesses, and in sizes up to 2-1⁄8 in. in diameter. AP Amraflex W has developed for covering exposed indoor pipes in facilities with open ceilings, such as supermarkets, and its white color, according to the company, reduces the need for painting or priming.
