The company says its new motor input module, Model 253771, is for use with its PZ400 power analyzer. According to the manufacturer, the motor input module can measure the output of torque and speed sensor, then compute mechanical power, synchronous speed, slip, motor efficiency, and total efficiency. The PZ4000 can show torque and rotating speed as waveforms on the display. Using the "math" function, the trend curve of mechanical power, efficiency, and V/Hz can be displayed. Using the X-Y display of the PZ4000, the torque vs. rotating speed curve can be viewed, also, says the company.
