The palm-sized SmartReader Plus 2 has four channels for measuring and recording temperature and relative humidity. With a memory capacity of up to 128 K, this self-contained logger can store over a year’s worth of data, with sampling rates ranging from 25 per second to one reading every eight hours. It comes with a 3.6-V lithium battery that is warranted (under normal use) for 10 years. The self-powered SmartReader Plus 2 interfaces with any IBM-compatible PC running Windows, designed to create accurate, time-based graphs, as well as display current, real-time readings. It can also be networked and accessed remotely by modem.
