The company says its new generation TD52 thermodynamic® steam trap features a larger, re-engineered cap that cycles less frequently to discharging condensate. The reduced cycle time decreases wear on the trap’s disc and seat rings, resulting in up to a 25% increase in trap life, says the manufacturer. It is available in 3⁄8-in., 1⁄2-in., 3⁄4-in., and 1-in. sizes.
